How are they made?

Every Standard Building Has the Following:

  • 4X6' Notched Runners
  • Treated 2X6' Floor Joist on 24' Centers
  • Flooring is 3/4" Plywood
  • Walls are 7' tall at lowest point, 8' tall at highest point.
  • The Metal we use on our buildings has a 40-year guarantee

  • We offer various different door types on our units, 4' are the most popular for storage units.
  • 4' doors are 48" wide and 72" tall

Double Doors

  • We offer various different door types on our units, Double Doors are an alternative if you are looking to store larger items in the unit.
  • Double Doors are 6' wide (72'X72')

Every Standard Building Has the Following:

  • We offer various different door types on our units, Roll Up Doors are an alternative if you want to store atvs, or other heavy equipment. 
  • Roll Up Doors are 76.5" Wide & 6'4" Tall. 
  • Roll up Doors MUST go on Peak Roof Models.

Electrical

Electrical Package

We will put an electrical package in any of our buildings for you. 

  • 125 amp is standard
    • this includes # overhead lights & # outlets
  • You can increase to 200 AMP for AC/Hot Water/ Etc. 

Insulation Package

We will put an insulation package in any of our buildings for you. 

  • Spray Foam Insulation is recommended, but we do offer roll up
